Does this sound healthy?!

Question: Does this sound healthy?
Im trying to eat healthier and lose a bit of weight for spring/summer. Does this sound like a healthy plan for tomorrow? Will I be eating too much???
Breakfast: About a cup of Honey Nut Cheerios with 1% Lowfat milk
Lunch: A PB sandwich on white bread and a small green apple. Water to drink.
A no-bake cookie after school.
A square of lasagna for dinner, and water to drink.

I think it sounds good! You could substitute a few things to make it even more healthy though. For example, instead of white bread with your sandwich you could use whole-grain bread. Or, you could use whole grain lasagna noodles and, if you are planning on making a meat lasagna, try using ground turkey instead of ground beef! Good luck!

hi, I've been having this overweight trouble for so long that it seemed hopeless. I was taking all kinds of stuff. Until I found this website by accident, at first I was a bit skeptical but there was nothing to lose and my self esteem was taking a turn for the worse so I felt I needed to tried it out. I saw results after 2 weeks, but I felt great. After dropping that initial weight, which was so uplifting, I started eating right to keep off the weight completely. I feel great!. I would add more fruits and veggies. Make that a veggie lasagna, or served with a salad.
Also, wheat bread. Refined carbs will keep the weight on. What's a no-bake cookie?

It depends how much you weigh and how much physical activity you're doing, but that sounds pretty healthy.

That sounds pretty good! Do you plan on doing any exercises with this diet? Cause that is the only way you are going to get the results that you are looking for! Good luck
