Question: Easiest way to get a flat stomach?
And I'm trying to lose the weight. I'm not sure if losing weight is necessary or just by doing ABB workout would help tone down my stomach!
Im 5"5 and a half and i weigh 134 lbs

Most importantly, eat right!
ab workouts will make your abs bigger, and thus, if you just have a tummy sticking out, it won't help much. Run. Balance eating decently (cut down on soda and fried foods -- diets are usually lies/unhealthy.) and exercising. If you really need help, you can probably get a personal trainer for less than 200$ a month.
Belly fat is extremely stubborn and is usually the last fat to go.
For a flat belly you need avocados, berries, green tea, oatmeal and tomatoes.
