You def don't need equipment. Running Is great so don't disregard that completely. My best advice is try looking in magazines for home routines. If you're a girl seventeen has a great one every issue. Try doing one every day. You may want to buy a few weights from wal mart or an exercise mat. If you're a guy there are also magazines my bf uses them and has a great body.
If you want more at home cardio options try running up and down the stairs alot or biking. If you have a wii, wii fit works wonders.

tricep dips on a chair.
bicycle crunches and planks.

buy a skipping rope
dig ur parents a garden
mow the lawns
