Does training for muscle build much strength?!
Question: Does training for muscle build much strength?
I want to build muscle and look bigger but i also want to gain strength but will doing hypertrophy training build strength( if i stay in the 8-10 rep range with 3 sets each excercise??) and vice versa does strength training build much muscle??

of course training for more muscle builds strength.. the bigger the muscle.. usually the stronger u get..
8-10 rep range is good
but sometimes try for 4-6
and do exercises like squats, deadlifts, benchpress,

and eat more proteins and carbs
