Question: Should I still do my daily exercise for today after I've been cleaning for 5 hours?
I've just finished cleaning my room from TOP to BOTTOM. i started cleaning at about 11 or 12 this morining, and the time now is 4:53, and I was going to do exercise but I'm so exhausted and my legs hurt. Should I leave it for today or do it later?

ur done for today.. relax.. workout should never become a chore..
Relax now...you have already spent a lot of energy and won''t be able to do an effective workout session anyways........also, you'll risk injury because the small balancing muscles around your joints are already worked out enough and exhausted.
Be flexible with your workout...that'll make you stick to it...
Take a nap for an hour or an hour and a half. Then go exercise.
