Yesterday I had a huge Irish dinner (way over 200cals), so I tried to offset it
Breakfast: granola bar (90cal)
Lunch: nutrigrain bar (120cal)
Dinner: subway 6in roast beef on Italian bread with lettuce, onions, tomato, and peppers (400cal?)
