Hi. Try using heavy weights, fewer repititions, always go to total muscle failure and get plenty of lean meats.

Lift heavy. (start slow, though)
Do 3 sets of 8-12 reps.
1. Bench press
2. Squats
3. Pull ups
4. Bicep Curls
5. Deadlifts
6. Crunches
Divide that into two days. So, work out two days, break work out two days, etc. I think this is enough for a beginner. After a month, ask/find out about a more complete routine.
