eggs, meat, milk are the primary sources of protein but there is also protein in vegetables and other kinds of food. If you exercise with weights at least 3 times a week you need more than 65g of protein which is the average daily amount. I'd recommend you to try to take one gram per pound of bodyweight. (A simple whey protein blend won't hurt you)
The highest is soy (80g protein per 100g) and whey (78g per 100g). Also high protein are steak (27 to 34g per 100g) and tuna fillet (30g per 100g).
