Run. And do lots of sit-ups. You should eat less calories than you burn each day.
Always some some cardio as soon as you wake up in the fat burning range...(not too intense).
Eat cleaner forms of food, and eat more frequently. Do big compound lifts like squats, deadlifts, bench etc. It will get your metabolism going. Consider calorie counting
The best way to get a flat stomach is the old-fashioned 'diet and exercise routine'. Nothing beats this method for quickly getting in shape.
