i've cut back on the amount of food i eat (i try not to eat until i'm hungry, usually, when my stomach growls)
i go to the gym for runs/ bike rides- at least 30 minutes a day (the weather around here is horrible... i don't want to be out when it's snowing, or extremely hot)
i play games on my wii fit
i ride horses (it's a real core workout)

U'll get ppl sayin run a mile daily,but blv me bro dis dsnt effct alot! Bcoz r body brings itself to that habbit and after some times u'll jst get tired wid the same ammont of fat! I also worked under coach(for atelitics) and i lost 2 kigs in 1 week!so there is a difference b/w ur own supervision and that of coach
