I got a job that is very physical, lifting and carrying lots of heavy stuff and going up and down several flights of stairs all day.

Really that is what I did and now I wear my belt 3 holes tighter than when I started.
I don't think I changed anything else. It is pretty damn miraculous.
I started walking. Never say diet say life style change. Once you lose the weight you are going to keep it off. Changed my diet. Learn to eat the right. Starving will not take the weight off. Feed the body the right foods. I lost 85 pounds. Good Luck
