Oh my gosh! I used the Lose It app on my iPod! It records my weight, and tells me how many calories I need to eat in a day to lose one pound a week. All I have to do, is stay within that budget! I've already lost 6 lbs in three weeks! You can fit the plan to exactly how you need it. It's sooooo easy and I am soooo happy... I am 15, 5'6", and 128 lbs. I actually look Like my curves are supposed to be there!!!!:L
How much I love my iPod and what randomly browsing the App Store can do...
My best diet was the Alternative Day Diet.
This diet should not be a long term fix but a short detox. If kept to a short detox then this diet is actually healthy. NEVER let this diet last for longer than 10 days.
Day One
-Eat less than 500 calories and an apple
Day Two
-Eat as much as you want but exercise for 45 minutes
Day Three
-Same as Day One
Day Four
-Same as Day Two
REPEAT

me and my friend payton jog the boulevard then go to her old primary and run sprints, we also do yoga at school. i feel great since iv started.
also my mum is unhappy with herself so she got a personal trainer also my whole family eats very healthy, so we cut back on alot of junk food (:
