Just eat plenty of raw fruits and vegetables. Eat whole grains like brown rice and oatmeal. Eat nuts too. Tamari Roasted almonds are my fave. Very healthy snack tasty enough to replace those gross potato chips. Eat very small amounts of meat. Like a tiny piece once a day or a plate of it once a week.
Eat healthy foods no matter how fat or skinny you are. Skinny people can just ride bikes and lift weights to gain more muscle.
It doesn't sound like you need to lose weight. You said you are skinny and just flabby in some areas. You need to do toning exercises for those areas. 10 minutes a day 3x a day you will notice a difference pretty quickly if you are already thin. Google exercises for you target areas. Good Luck!
