I am a boy. I am 17 and was once a brilliant athlete 2 years ago. Recently, I've gained some belly fat. I am very unhappy about it because it covers my six pack. I've done extreme measures in losing it. A week and it's gone. During the week, I've been working out from dawn till dusk.
Wake up at 7.
-Swim in the morning for 3000 meters in an hour
-Straight to the gym and work for 30 minutes non-stop. (When a piece of muscle became fatigue, I swap to train another muscle. Everyday, I run around in the gym like a lunatic.)
-My friends are up by now (11:00) and we play basketball
-Quickly after lunch, I would be into some football training. (My favorite sport)
Sometimes, my buddy has to drag me away from the court after the practices because I am too tired to move.
-Rest for an hour, do my homework
-Training at home (Bear crawl, low crawl, push-ups, sit-ups, planks)
By the end of the week, I really am glad I didn't end up in the ER. Wow, during the week, I've nearly passed out for numerous times. Thrown up several times.
don't absolutely go to fast-foods.
eat as better as you can (fruit, vegetables etc..)
i'm italian and i watched "super-size me"
