recently, i've been eating a lot more food. i play rugby, and cycle around 14 miles a day 4 days of the week, so i keep fit...
but, i've been eating a lot lately? i've not put on any weight, but yesterday, i ate half of a family sized lasagne (so the bit i ate could have been eaten by 2 people instead of just me), chips, and salad. it felt like a lot.
i don't eat those sorts of foods every day, but it all covered the whole plate. lol.
why is this?

you are a young and your body is growing.you play hard thats why you need a lots of food.dont worry.you are a fit and normal person.so just keep going.best of luck with your rugby.
You may have revved up your metabolism recently by doing something different. You may have just been very hungry that day also just a guess.
its normal! you are growing and burnin energy!
JUST avoid fried food and fast food!
