I forget to eat... and usually only eat once a day?!
Question: I forget to eat... and usually only eat once a day?
By then I'm too busy to eat and then I go past hunger, and only crave water. It's an endless cycle. On my days off I usually sleep a lot because I'm so tired. But I know if I ate more, I wouldn't be so tired. I'm trying to figure out how to eat more and take care of myself. I should add that I had this problem while I was in college.
I'd wake up, grab a smoothie, go to classes, then I'd get very hungry, but go past the hunger point where I'm not longer hungry. I've always been thin, but I really do worry about my health now. I'm tired of always losing weight and being hungry. Any advice?
I'm 28... naturally thin... 5'5 and weigh about 106lbs.

I understand the nausea in the morning so fluid calories might be the best start. Juice is kind of ok but watch the sugar. A milk based smoothie would better, but both (milk and juice) often dont go well together for a lot of people.
Make up rich soups that can be microwaved and eaten quickly and easily as soon as you as you get a break. Blenders are your friend. Snack such as nuts and pieces of fruit will help keep up your energy levels and again are easily eaten.
You really need to focus on this as not eating messes with your metabolism and more importantly means you are quite probably deficient in some vitamins and minerals. It probably wouldn't hurt to start a multi vitamin till you get back into a better eating regimine.
You should eat 3 times a day. You should eat plenty in breakfast because it is the most important meal of the day. You should also not eat between meals to avoid getting fatter.
