my cal is under 1500 & i limit carbs
I got a personal trainer and do everything by the books its been 5 days and it just goes up and down the same lb or two. how come on tv its like 1st week and they lose weight....

try not to weigh yourself daily maybe every week or so?
you need what i found and believe me i've been fat all my life and in so blessed to find a good and healthy way to loose the weight and keep it off im now vary happy about myself

Jog lightly and jump rope 4-5 times a week...the pounds will start flying off!! And you will be sculpting your ENTIRE body as well! as for building muscle, lift weights 3 times a week but dont overdo it. you already have enough on your plate, with football practice & all.
