Question: I want to know a good way to lose at least 30 pounds and I was wondering if anyone has a good and health diet?
I also swim 30 minutes to an hour a day and I run 20 minutes too. I was wondering if anyone had a better workout system. I can't afford a gym either.

Incorporate light lifting with a high number of repetitions. Building lean muscle will cause your body to have a higher metabolic rate and will actually in turn help burn the fat. The key to losing weight is not necesarily how much you work out, but how you fix your diet. Cutting at least 100-250 calories off your daily intake would help as well.
