Question: Having Energy For Whole School Day?
What Breakfast should give me lots of energy to focus at school? I sometimes get hungry and tired/fatigued, but the teachers don't let people eat in class so sometimes I don't feel tippy top performance... Anyone got a breakfast that is packed full of energy??

protein and carbohydrates are great for breakfast. carbohydrates are the building blocks of our body. did you know that when our bodies need energy to keep going it looks for carbs first? so eat your wheaties and maybe some eggs in the morining with a glass of milk. milk does a good job of coating the stomach.
