Swimming. It burns a lot of calories. Also weight lifting and body weight exercise (push ups, planks, pull ups, etc.) are great to tone up as well. Diet is just as important as exercise. Healthy eating is very important and you have to commit. Avoid soda and fried foods, no exceptions.
