ofcourse you will see results! but remember it takes time it dont happen over night! i know its hard to for a busy life but thhats good and better than what most ppl do (most ppl do not exercise nd eatt bad nd alot of food) keep it up nd make time for you!

I think you must have a daily exercise, for like 20-30 minutes. But if you're planning to work-out your body, you should do it for like 1-2 hours, 3-4 times a week, so your muscles won't get overworked. :)
not much. you need to exercise daily to get results and stay fit
