Question: Would this be a healthy dinner? (roast beef)?
I normally don't eat red meat but that's what my mom made for dinner and it smells really yummy
Only problem is I'm trying to lose weight and I don't want to mess up my diet
It's lean cut roast beef cooked in a crock pot in water, w/ onions, garlic, and black pepper
I'd trim off the fat (If there is any)
And I'd have a plain potato and steamed vegetables on the side
Would this be bad?

Sounds yummy! Yes it's good. Unless the beef is really fat, don't trim it all- your body needs that also.
Remember for a balanced meal... 40% protein, 40% carbs, 20% fat.
