How to lose weight if You are quitting smoking?
I have a belly like a 5 month pregnant woman, and I can;t live without sweets! Sweets make me calm, maybe someone can suggest some exercises for belly flattering? Thank You

If you really want to lose your belly, you should learn to live without sweets. They are bad for you even if you were to be very active.,,,
Try doing chin ups or ab work.. maybe see youtube for a billion examples?
food is food. it will always be around.
maybe you should ask yourself whats more important. look in a mirror without a shirt on and a candy bar in your hand. if you think by eating that candy bar would make that belly go away, eat it. otherwise go to your trash can and say bye bye (:
Don't stick to purely cardio. It won't help you in the long run. And you'll have to knock all the sweets on the head or all the excercise will be for nothing.
You can not lose weight or fat on specific areas of you body. This is called targeting weight loss and is a myth.
Lower your overall calorie intake, excercise.
work on your posture, do some googling for pilates tips/tricks... basically stand straight and then try and pull your belly button back towards your spine, it's not easy but you look better for it
