Eggs in any form (poached, boiled etc)
Lean meat/poultry/fish with salad.
Low sugar jello.
Cheese.

Lunch ideas: well of course salads. & we dont need to do tasteless salads! there are so many things we can add to them that can excite our taste buds.

dried fruit(crannberries are my fav) fresh fruit(try strawberries & mandarin oranges w/ a vinegeratte) any type of nuts(walnuts are fantastic combo w/ salalds) hard boiled eggs, chicken, tuna, salmon, any type of meat you like really, any type of cheese, shredded, cubed, crumbled or stripped, and any vegetables you can think of! & of course you can switch up the dressings, and oil based one today, and a creamy one the next!

You can try soups: alot of soups contain noodles, or rice, or like tomato soup would be surprizingly has carbs. So go out to the grocery store and browse that soup isle or make our own w/ some chicken/vegetable/ or beef broth.

You can do fruits or veggies w/ peanut butter. (peanutbutter is my favorite carb replacer, it fills my void for carbs perfectly)
smoothies
a side dish could be a yogurt parfait but instead of granola, use any type of nuts to mix in with your yogurt, fruit, honey, etc.

I hope I helped(:

You could go for a zero-carb diet, but unless is it doctor recommended, I'd not do that.

Try switching to whole-grain or oatmeal breads, wheat pasta, wheat tortilla wraps...

And try to stay away from butter, whole milk, fatty meats, eggs (occasional eggs are OK), and preserved meats (bacon, sausages, hot dogs)
