It depends on how much you're eating. They say you should never go below 1200 calories a day. Below that, your body goes into starvation mode and hangs on to every last calorie by making your metabolism slow down to a crawl. How many calories are you eating exactly? But since you are petite, you may be able to go a little below. Figure out how many calories you need by this.

First, find your Basal Metabolic Rate:

Women: BMR = 655 + ( 4.35 x weight in pounds ) + ( 4.7 x height in inches ) - ( 4.7 x age in years )
Men: BMR = 66 + ( 6.23 x weight in pounds ) + ( 12.7 x height in inches ) - ( 6.8 x age in year )

Metric BMR Formula
Women: BMR = 655 + ( 9.6 x weight in kilos ) + ( 1.8 x height in cm ) - ( 4.7 x age in years )
Men: BMR = 66 + ( 13.7 x weight in kilos ) + ( 5 x height in cm ) - ( 6.8 x age in years )

Then use your BMR to calculate caloric needs:

1. If you are sedentary (little or no exercise) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.2
2. If you are lightly active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.375
3. If you are moderatetely active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.55
4. If you are very active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days a week) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.725
5. If you are extra active (very hard exercise/sports & physical job or 2x training) : Calorie-Calculation = BMR x 1.9

This is the amount of calories you need to MAINTAIN your current weight. In order to lose weight, you will want to subtract approximately 400 calories daily from this amount, however, don't go under 1200 calories a day. You might want to speak with a nutritionist, but someone of your height and weight might be able to get away with eating a little less than 1200 calories a day.

Also, if your diet contains a lot of salt or alcohol, it may be water weight. Also, if you DON'T drink enough water, you can get a bloated look as well. The best way to get rid of water weight, is to drink more water. Drinking more water helps your body naturally flush out the water it's holding on to. It's a continuous cycle and another reason drinking plenty of water is healthy!

Yeah- eat more.
This is what happened to me.
For about a week, I was eating under 1200 calories a day and exercising. It didn't really work that well, and when I ate more I gained like, 3 pounds.
Now I eat about 1500-1600 calories a day, and exercise. I feel satisfied and quite a bit less bloated and more muscular and less fatty :)
so yeah, eat more good calories like maybe a bit of yoghurt or fruit.
:)

You definitely need to eat more especially when you're already at such a low weight. When your body needs energy to survive it will start eating away at your muscle because it takes more energy to maintain muscle than fat

Well That Could Be Some Of Your Problem But Ya Know Muscle Weighs More Than Fat & If U Have Been Exercising A Lot U Could Have Gained Muscle.

yes, when you starve yourself any food that you eat is going to be stored as fat, because it needs to save the food

I think you're anorexic. Cuz if your weight is just the same, but your eyes are telling you ya LOOK bigger than yea..
