Sorry to seem lazy, but I'll just cut and paste my response to the last gal that asked this:
Depends on your current condition, body type, diet, and genetics. Some people have it and some don't. However you can truly maximize what you have by starting with the most basic, squats and hyperextensions. The gym machines like the leg press and hamstring curl can help, but their function like most gym machines is to isolate body parts for development. You want to actively engage your core from mid back to your knees. There are functional core stability exercises and Pilates type stuff which are good for this, but to really make your *** pop, there is nothing like a bit of well built muscle mass. Squats I assume to be fairly self explanatory, but I included a link to what we always called the hyperextension rack so you can see what I mean. I don't shill anybody's stuff, just the first picture I found.
Feet on the platform bending over, facing forward, little round pads behind your ankles, square pads in front of your thighs, bend toward the floor and back up. You need to start carefully of course, with the thigh pad high until your back and hammies are used to the work. Your legs can likely take a much bigger work load than you think and recover, be more cautious with your back. When you can set the thigh pads to just above your knees, and perform this holding a bit of weight to your chest, you will get an awesome workout that ties your back to your butt and your butt to your thighs, pulling everything together the way nature intended. Get started with some competent help from a trainer in the gym, not some joker lookin at himself in the mirror and chatting up any girl without a headset. Add running, stairs, trail running, hill climbing, soccer, lacrosse, muay thai, anything that interests you and involves core stability and changes of direction, and you will be using your body the way it was built to be used.... and you'll look good doing it.
Have fun and good luck.
