Question: How did i eat today and was it enough?
Today I had:
-1/2 cup plain oats with water, 3/4 cup whole wheat flakes, apple and handful of blueberries. (350)
-3 prunes (60)
-1 slice whole wheat bread, 1-2 tbs almond butter. half a banana (around 350)
-handful of baby carrots, 5 celery sticks, apple.
Preworkout: 1/2 cup oats with water, zucchini, green peas.
Workout- 30 minutes elliptical machine and 1 hour body pump class.
Postworkout: 11 almonds.
I'm 16, female, 5'10 and about 140 pounds. im trying to tone up and maintain weight loss.

you need some meat.... some kind of protein
Very healthy. But if your eating healthy, than you shouldn't be worrying about counting calories. And not all calories are created equal so there is no point. Just eat healthy and you can eat a lot.
