Question: Small Wrestler looking to gain some muscle weight.. suggestions?
I'm 84 pounds and I wrestle varsity (weight class 103) as you can imagine i'm much smaller than everyone I wrestle but I did pretty good with an even record (30-30) i wrestle for the USA clubs and i win first every time b/c they have smaller weight classes...84. I want to know how i can gain at least ten pounds of muscle weight from now till next october. anything will help THANKS!

During the off season I ate around 3000-3500 calories a day and gained around 30lbs. I lifted using this program called WS4SB. Google it because its basically designed for guys like me and you and it works so well. But came wrestling season I cut almost all of the fat, and granted a little muscle, but I still could wrestle 145. Just do that and you should be golden. Also hang around on sites like t-nation and elite lifts, I learned so much on those sites.



Hmm, thats a lot of muscle to gain, you might gain 4 - 6lbs but rest will probably be fat. Eat protein, drink protein shakes and lift a lot
