At my age, is it ok to eat anything I want?!


Question: At my age, is it ok to eat anything I want?
Im a pretty small teenage male (16 years old, 5feet 6 inches and weighs about 110 lbs). I don't get much regular exercise except weight lifting for about 25 minutes three days a week and I play baseball for a few weeks in the summer. I am told that at my age, I can eat whatever I want and it won't really affect me as long as it doesn't become a habbit when Im older. Is this information correct, and should I 'take advantage' of this time in my life?

Yes you can eat anything you want - just not every day and all of the time. I suggest keeping your good eating habits, they will last you a (Long) lifetime. However, there is nothing wrong with pigging out on junkfood ONCE IN A WHILE for a person of your size. Remember. Everything in moderation!



Eat what you want, just don't over-indulge. When you are older, your metabolism will slow down, making it easier to gain weight.



Yes of course! just enjoy life and don't worry about getting fat or anything. It will eventually put you in a hospital..
