Well weight can be a metaphor for a scale. The more you eat the more calories you consume. The more physical activity the more calories you burn. So you should either eat less, work out more, or both. But, please remember eating healthy is always important, do not starve yourself. I recommend just not eating any chips or junk food and doing healthy stuff like running. All of that is important and it is always important to be healthy. But are you actually 15 pounds over weight or do you just want to lose weight? If your doctor says you are healthy don't be drastic because everyone is beautiful to someone. But, if your doctor did say to become more healthy try the things i said above.
P.S. Instead of junk try eating celery as a snack. You actually burn more calories eating it than you get from it. So you actually lose a very minuscule amount of calories eating it. I hope i helped!!! Goood luck!
Control all your diet. Refuse any food in high calories and eat just 3 meals a day. Do not try any food even if you are hungry except meals. Or, you can take some supplements to keep your normal body health. Do more exercises to consume your calories. I recommend to run with your legs covered by cling film. After running for 30 minutes, you will sweat so much. And it's so effective if you keep do these constantly going.
