Eat a lot of protein and carbs, but don't just eat candy and chips, that will make you fat.
Trust me you don't want to gain weight..and carbs and sugar make you gain weight but that's unhealthy and you will most likely end up gaining flab..try working out to gain muscle and you will look thicker and be heavier but you will still be healthy..try doing situps,and boxing with small weights to get toned arms .
Eat a bowl of ice cream at night right before you go to bed. When you eat (fatty foods) right before you go to bed and your body then shuts down, it think it needs to store the extra food. (That's where your fat comes from.) Sorry I don't know all the technical terms but whatever. :)
Some women might want to bust you up a bit if they could have your metabolism. Love the body you have and just eat a balanced diet!
