(I am a vegan so I don't eat or drink any dairy or meat)
I am going to ONLY drink water.
BUT just so you know... I am going to eat.
Grandpa lost 30 lbs. in 4-6 months. So I am gonna try that.
So it's not dangerous.

I only drink water and I've lost over 20 lbs in a couple months, and continue to lose. However you need to make sure that you eat balanced diet and excercise regularly. Also, take vitamins to ensure you're getting your full daily needs, as you won't be getting calcium from milk.

Make sure you need to loose the weight first, you don't want to hurt yourself by losing more than neccessary!
It is dangerous and you can drown your kidneys. You need protein and food.
