ok so i am 19 inches on my thighs and i want to lose 3 inches off of it!!!!! I DONT WANT MUSCULAR THIGHS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!… PLEASEEE WHAT ARE SOME EXCERCISES THAT WILL HELP ME GET SKIINNIER THIGHS?!?!?!

Like the other answerer said, targeted weight loss is impossible. Do cardio, for about 30 minutes to an hour a day whether it's running, jump rope, jumping jacks, swimming, etc. And do some leg toning exercises.
Make sure you drink a ton of water too to flush it out faster (;
Eat a healthy diet. You can't lose anything just by exercising. Try using myplate.com to keep track of how much you should eat, and how much you are eating every day. Trust me, it helps. I use it every day.
