You need to make sure you are doing enough cardio like running. Also it has a lot to do with eating right. Make sure you are eating enough calories but don't do over 30% fat intake a day.

you could exercise your obliques by tilting to the side during a crunch to tone your obliques, although you would also need to do regular crunches as well.
as for making them more visible, you need to lower your body fat percentage. i suggest you stick to a diet of turkey, chicken, and fish and rotate them each day. you also need vegetables for your carbs.
as for your chest, press ups, peck decks, and bench presses are good.
