Yeah, it'll be about 200 calories, if not a little less. Whether or not it's a good breakfast depends on many other factors.
I would have skipped the French toast (likely made with loads of sugar, white flour and egg) and gone for the banana. If there was a cereal like Cheerios, I would have had that either dry or with soy milk I brought from home. I certainly would have had the banana (and maybe taken some fruit for later for a snack; I have done that in the past at hotels, especially if the fruit looks as though it's at the end of its prime.)
it is decent..but try things like oat meal (natural old fashioned kind) with cinnamon sprinkled on it..sliced fruits as well.
learn how to steam rice and make "Rice pudding". very good for you.
or make a milk yogurt and fruit milkshake..bannanas blended with sliced apples, and other fruits.
nuts, the big kind is the healthiest,,and yogurt again..(vanilla is the more natural kind with less chemicals)
