Normal noon meal is a bowl of rice, a plate of vegetables, green vegetables is best, or maybe eat seafood regularly, anyway, want to eat everything on the lunch. Meat diet isessential to share and can not eat, can eat.if you do like this,I think you will be boose weigth very soon.
Cut your calorie intake a little, start working out. Instead of having chips and a hot dog for lunch, have a salad, and a peanut butter sandwich. Mix it up and have an apple, and some grilled chicken, with some vegetables.
Little stuff like that can make a big difference, I completely reccomend taking soda out of your daily intakes. Soda is not healthy at all, you're better off without it and it will definitely help you lose weight if you take it out.
If you really want to lose weight all you really have to do is eat right and do some exercising. Take a walk in the park or even take a jog on a treadmill.
Go jogging and stop eating so much.
