I'm doing a health project for school on weight loss. I'm trying to find out certain things besides eating healthy and being active. Things like starving yourself, throwing up, detox, the apple cider vinegar, diet pills, etc.

Don,t forget the magic elixers. Mona Vie, Sea Sliver , sea weed, blue algae. Liquid vitamins.
How about Creatine, Muscle Milk, No Xplode, Miracle Whey, Black Powder, White Flood supplements.
What about injecting crap into your body like HCG and other "hormones"?

How am I doing?

This is a $60 billion a year industry right now and it is only going to get worse.
We constantly hear "our bodies are all different." Our bodies are not all different!
Every single one of us that wants to lose a pound of body fat needs to consume 3500 calories less than we burn. End of story. Over and out!

Taking steroid pills while doing workouts...Steroids can make you work more longer and faster...A lot of
running athletes use that to win in matches...
Drinking protein shakes from protein powders... A pre-workout drink and a after-workout drink... to increase more muscles while you're not doing any workouts...
Some workout supplements like glucose pills etc...These pills can also have the affect like protein powders, but in different body muscles like abs, triceps, biceps etc...

People purge (throw up), chewing ice tricks your body into thinking its eaten, brushing teeth makes your body think it's full (apparently), laxatives. Cold baths apparently burn calories because your body has to warm up.
Burn more calories exercising than you eat.
