Question: How do you lose weight fast?
im 5 ft 3in and weigh 155 lbs. so im oviously over wieght. I wanna have allot of weight off by june and need help. I have been dieting for abt 2 months and have lost only 10 lbs. is there a faster way???

goto the gym and do HIT, high intensity training basically say on the treadmill for 20 mins, 2 mins of walk 1min of fast sprint ect ect also eat some protein insted of just salad allday alot of women seem to think not eating or eating salad all the time will make them lose weight but a diet with protein carbs and clean fats ie nuts will be much better.. also lift some weights another thing women dont do when its very good for fat loss

If you do less and eat the same you will gain weight. To lose weight eat less (well fewer calories) or do more exercise.
