Question: Can I have some thigh help?
I'm 5'7 and a half and 125 pounds. I'm perfectly content with my upper body and stomach... but my upper thighs are a whole 'nother story. They're gargantuan, even though I work out 5 days a week, 45 min a day. Will losing some weight and dieting help, or am I stuck with these tree trunks forever..? :(

You are really tall and weigh less than I do, and I'm about 130 lbs and only 5' 2". Therefore, I am making an assumption that you don't need to change your thighs, just the way you think about them. It is true though that if you eat healthy and exercise, your body will tone up, so continue with that, that's good. But if you've always been athletic and ate well, then you are probably very healthy, and your thighs probably look just fine.
