I'm going on a diet, can someone give me a daily plan for my diet please? (what food i should include in my day) thankyou.
Answers:
First meal: poached eggs, smoked salmon, leafy greens, sliced orange
Second meal: deli turkey breast, sliced, wrapped in lettuce leaves, almond milk, calcium citrate tablet
Third meal: One club steak, broccoli, spinach salad with strawberries and walnuts dressed with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
No salt, no cheese, no bread, no dairy, no other fats, no beans, no snacks
Beverage...almond milk, water. Taka calcium pills to equal 1500 mg of calcium. No other supplement required.
