Other ideas are adding lemon (sour usually replaces desire for sweetness) and a little maple syrup to tea. White sugar is rough on your pancreas and can create insulin resistance over time leading to diabetes. Side note: As a replacement for coffee many people drink Yerba Mate.

hey, I've been having a weight trouble since forever. I used to take all kinds of pills. Till I stumpled upon these tips, I was doubtful at first.
