It's basically a protein powder with added gimmick products like green tea, and mild stimulats likes caffeine and Guarana extract. Seeing the point of protein powder is to ensure you have enough calories from protein to build muscles, and those gimmicky products have a very minor effect on increasing your metabolism (if they do anything at all) it seems rather silly to have them in the same product.
If you want to lose weight then eat less calories, and if you want to get fitter do more cardio exercise. I'd advise having a total calorie intake of about 1750 calories (that's food intake minus exercise) and split your calories by 40% protein, 40% fat, and 20% carbs.

I’d recommend 3 sessions of cardio exercise a week at a minimum, and if you are going to start jogging then I’d recommend the Couch to 5k plan, which is ideal for beginners :
