Question: How Much Weight Will I Lose From Walking 30Mins. Everyday?!?
okay so im a 12 year old girl, i really want to loseweight, tone up, and be healthy!! im gonna go on the south beach diet, and walking everyday for 30mins around my neighborhood!!
if i do this for 4 months how much weight should i lose?
then when i lose the weight i want to then im gonna keep being active and eating healthy, oh and i dont eat ALOT of junkfood now, i just overeat! thats my biggest problem, im 142lbs and 5'2 and a GIRL and i really wannaa get to about 105-115lbs and tone up! oh and if i run everyday instead of walking THEN how much will i weigh?! also i wanna lose my Nastyy love handles! and i want to thin my arms and legs and stomach So badlllyy! oh and if its bad outside then ill do inside excersizes i saw from seventeen magazine! but anyways ill work out 30mins a day, and also at night i can do 15mins of yoga:)!
so how much weight should i lose by that? by doing that , how long would it take me to lose 35-40lbs?! thanks :))

Walking fast burns calories at about 250/hour (3.5 miles) so you will be burning about 125
You want to loose 40 lbs = 140,000 calories
140,000/125 = 1120 days or about 3 years, all other things being the same.
