Question: How do you get more muscle in the chest and abs part?
People say i am skinny but i say i am not i can feel my ribs vary well but i have a belly not a big one but a belly!
I was just wondering what exercise would i need to do if i wont a hard chest or a decent chest and what exercise would i need to do to get nice abs? How long will it take for me to get from a belly to abs and chest?

Answers:

you need to do work outs lasting 40-60 mins 5 days a week
each muscle trained on different days..

to develop the chest u need

bench press flat
decline bench press
incline bench press
dumbell press

do 4 sets 6-8 reps

abs trained everyother day....

to get rid of the belly u need cardio exercise for 30 mins 3 x a week or even 40 mins..
and u have to train the rest of your muscles... biceps, triceps, shoulders, legs, back.. pair two of them up each workout.... and do 3-4 different exercises for each muscle... 4 sets each..

if u do as i had outlined.. it can be 6-8 weeks u have good results

as well u are going to have to eat a better diet...

Bench pres and dumbbell flys 8-16 reps with weight you can do then do triceps and push your self then rest. Abs also 8-16 reps hit them hard and let them rest for 5-7 days. Good nutrition is essential. Now bad news, muscle gaining is very slow process. If you do everything right best is to expect about 3kg of muscle a year. For abs to have a 6-pack you will need to lose belly fat. You can't decide where to lose fat your body decides, and belly is last place to lose fat. Start work-out and have fun doing it.

Hope this helps
