Question: I want to lose 5 lbs! help me out ?!?!?
well, i want to lose 10, but im starting off slow :) i used to starve but then lead to eating disorders and i now want to do it the healthy way! i want to be fit + lean!
im really not fat but i can lose some weight + tone up.
alright so i swim in the pool or ocean everyday for no more then 1 hour

what should i eat though? my family doesn't buy healthy food, i try to pick the best options but its hard..

breakfast is easy, and kind of lunch, dinner is so hard!
how many calories should i eat though ?
im 5'2 and 120

Answers:

Pick dinner with more than 500 calories, and no less then 450 cals.
P.S tell your family to buy healthy food products, likee fruits and veggies, and stay away from things with wrappers.
