I need some exercise advise?!


Question: I need some exercise advise?
This is gonna sound like I'm gay, but I assure all readers, I am most definitely NOT. Anyhow... In a nutshell, u need to lose my *** and I have no idea how... It's disgusting and is one of the main reasons I'm self conscious about being naked... Can anyone give me some helpful pointers as to what to do to lose my *** AND stomach? if I had monEy for a gym, I'd do that, but I don't, nor for my own equipmet. What can I do at home or outside to work this disgusting figure off?

Swiss curl u need a ball which is only 15 dollars
hamstring curl on the ball
stationary step ups this u can use ur stairs
lunges
walking lunges
dipping lunges
this all works the butt and legs.You dont need a gym to get into shape u can do all this at home.

For the abs you can do
oblique crunches
reverse crunch
crunches
knee pull ins
You need to do some cardio for 1 hour daily brisk walking or jogging this is great the the problem areas u have. You need to eat healthy too. Go and get a fitness mag itll help u with the home workouts and toning and nutrition i chose oxygen mag i have been using it now for 2 years

Follow these steps and u will get into shape



do lots of ''bicycle crunches''. these are a great way of toning your core. you could also benefit from running, sit ups, and press ups. along with weight training to tone your arms. i don't think that there is such a thing as sounding gay though. being gay is something totally different entirely.
