You can lose a few pounds but not a lot. At 12 you still have what is known as "baby fat" which you will lose when you grow taller. You do not stop growing until you are 21 and your brain is not fully developed until 26.Go and learn about things and also have fun. :)
i don't think you really over like allot but a 14 year old should be between 130 so what do u think? don't get in a diet because the can affect your growing just don't eat candy and chips and unhealthy things is your 5'3 i don't think ur really that bad with your appearance because normally a 12 year old would be smaller and that's way better because the taller you are the more you will stretch.

Their is no such thing as a healthy weight, as muscle weighs more than fat, making it impossible to calculate such a think without working out what your body fat ratio is. You could weigh more than a fat person and be skinny.

130 pounds is 58.9 kilograms. I am an adult and that is what I weigh, and my daughter is 14 and weighs 40 kilos. I don't think you are necessarily overweight, but you could be carrying some excess weight.
