Should I workout my butt/legs every two days?!!!?!


Question: Should I workout my butt/legs every two days?!!!?
I'm pretty skinny & im trying to get a more curvier body. Should I do butt/leg exercises every two days or every other day?

Answers:

It doesn't really matter. If you want to get another days rest between the workouts to ensure you properly heal then take the 2 days. If you want to go at it more frequently then the every other day one is best. It also depends on your fitness level. If you are active as it is and exercise a lot, then every other day is best.
If you're starting out then stick to every 2 days until you can handle it and the lactic acid is flushed out of your muscles pretty quickly(lactic acid is the substance causing soreness)

And don't forget to eat healthy to get that look.
