Question: What exercises are best to lose weight on the legs?
I’m dieting and exercising right – so far I’ve lost 5kgs in a week and half, but what are better exercises to get sexy legs

Answers:

Do strength and cardiovascular exercises.

For strength you generally want to do squats, deadlifts, lunges, calf exercises. What this will do is build the muscle and shape your legs.

To know more just visit youtube and type in any of those exercises. You can also find in depth leg workouts.

The cardio will help melt fat all around your body. You can't really aim at one area but you generally build the muscle and lose the fat to bring out the toned shapes.

For cardio you could do many things that will help build those muscles such as skipping rope, swimming, stairs, running, sprinting, bicycles, elliptical, and etc. You should always switch up the routine so your body is getting worked from all angles.



I've found success in running on the track, biking and squats. Congrats on your success so far! Keep at it and you'll get you sexy legs in no time :)

To lose weight on the side of your legs or lower butt, stand up straight and lift your legs up tothe side. Start with low lifts and go higher as you get better. This is just a simple yet great exercise.



Run like you are afraid something will get you, if thats impossible 4 you then get a jillian michaels DVD.



Lose another kg. Because you can't lose fat in only certain part.



Rope skipping and bodyweight squats.
