How many calories should I consume?!


Question: How many calories should I consume?
I am 20 year old female. around 5ft 3 inches. and 195 lbs. I exercise for 60 minutes a day on my stationary bike at a moderate pace. How many calories should I consume to lose weight?

Answers:

To loose weight between 1500 and 1600 is good. After you're at a healthy weight you can eat more as long as you still exercise. Eating less than 1500 isn't healthy and can back fire.



Usually around 1,000 to 2,000 at the most.
